The New York State Board of Law Examiners is immune from a discrimination suit brought against it by a women who said she was denied disability accommodations for the bar exam, the Second Circuit ruled, finding that the Board isn’t an operation of the “Courts of Original Jurisidction” and does not otherwise receive federal funding.
