MIAMI (CN) – Attorney Larry Klayman filed a federal class action accusing Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez “and other Venezuelan Marxist-Leninist government officials” of supporting terrorism. Klayman is a founder of the right-wing legal group Judicial Watch, but fell out with that group.
