LAPD v. Protesters

Finding the LAPD used unreasonable force with less-lethal weapons fired against protesters, a federal judge on Monday ordered the department to warn future protesters before using such munitions, not to fire at the spine, face, neck, kidneys or groin of protesters, and to only allow specifically trained officers to fire the weapons.
