LAPD Detectives Become Defendants| In Case Of Slain Rapper Biggie Smalls

LOS ANGELES (CN) - A federal judge allowed the Estate of slain rapper Christopher Wallace aka Biggie Smalls aka The Notorious B.I.G. to amend its complaint to add Los Angeles Police Detectives Stanley Nalywaiko, Steven Katz and Stuart Maislin as defendants in the wrongful-death complaint, accusing them of concealing evidence. But U.S. District Judge Florence-Marie Cooper denied the request to add Marion "Suge" Knight, Reggie Wright Jr. and Rafael Perez as defendants. See opinion.
