Lactation discrimination

PITTSBURGH — An airline ground support firm was unable to convince a Pennsylvania federal court to reconsider its decision allowing its former employee’s discrimination, retaliation and hostile work environment claims to proceed. She successfully alleged she was disciplined and fired following disputes with management over the lactation breaks she was taking to care for her newborn.
