Lack of Standing

A trial court correctly dismissed a lawsuit against Wyoming lawmakers over no-bid contracts for lack of standing, since the plaintiffs did not bring their case as taxpayers and have no personal interest in the matter, the Wyoming Supreme Court ruled Tuesday.
