Labor Secretary Sues Lego Systems

HOUSTON (CN) - Lego Systems and its president Victor Loreto failed to hold money in the 401(k) profit sharing plan for workers, improperly transferred assets from it, "dealt with the assets of the plan in their own interests or for their own account," and "engaged in transactions involving the plan on behalf of a party whose interests were adverse to the interests of such plan and the interests of its participants," from 2006 through 2009, the Secretary of Labor claims in Federal Court.
