Labor class action

SAN FRANCISCO — A district court improperly remanded to state court a class action suit alleging Roadrunner Transportation Services violated labor laws, the Ninth Circuit ruled. The lower court improperly determined the class action did not meet a $5 million amount in controversy requirement.
