The American Federation of Government Employees Local 3369 sued President Trump in federal court, claiming his executive orders arbitrarily and capriciously “evict[] federal unions from all of their offices on government property … unilaterally repudiating hundreds of existing agreements between federal agencies and the labor organizations that represent those agencies’ employees.”

MANHATTAN — The American Federation of Government Employees Local 3369 brought a federal complaint over May executive orders from President Donald Trump that arbitrarily and capriciously “evict[] federal unions from all of their offices on government property … unilaterally repudiating hundreds of existing agreements between federal agencies and the labor organizations that represent those agencies’ employees.”
