The Texas-Mexican Railway Co. and the Kansas City Southern Railway sued the Brotherhood of Railroad Signalmen in Victoria, Texas, Federal Court, to stop a threatened work stoppage in a dispute over work on 85 miles of new track from Rosenberg to Victoria.
