Lab trashed

HONOLULU — A federal court in Hawaii granted summary judgment to a university and officials on a former professor’s claims that they shut down his lab and disposed of his work while he was on medical leave in violation of his freedom of speech and employment contract. The university and its officials have sovereign immunity from the suit.
