MSG Forum, owner-operator of the Forum sports venue, sued Gov. Gavin Newsom in superior court, claiming he and the Joint Legislative Budget Committee violated the California Constitution by granting environmental waivers to Murphy’s Bowl LLC, through Assembly Bill 987, to allow construction of a new arena for the L.A. Clippers.
