Kraft Foods Makes Bogus Claim| On Calcium Content, Class Action Says

SAN DIEGO (CN) - Kraft Foods deceives consumers by pushing its products, including Jell-o pudding and pie filling, under the words "Calci-Yum!" and "A good source of calcium as prepared," though the products have "absolutely no" calcium - the only calcium coming from the milk the customer adds to them, according to a class-action complaint in Federal Court.
