Korbel Champagne Faces Class Action

FRESNO (CN) - F. Korbel & Bros., champagne-makers, cheats its workers of overtime, makes them work off the clock, pays less than minimum wage, denies them legally required rest breaks, refuses to itemize wage statements, and violates other Labor Code rules, according to a federal class-action complaint. Workers say Korbel was put on notice that its policies are illegal but continued them anyway.
