Knight Capital

MANHATTAN - Shareholders sued Knight Capital in a derivative complaint based on the Aug. 1, 2012 computerized trading meltdown that cost Knight $270 million and drove down its share price from $10.30 to $2.58, in New York County Supreme Court.
