Kiss Vocalist Accused of Grinding and Humping

LOS ANGELES (CN) – Gene Simmons, co-front man and lead vocalist of the rock band Kiss, sued an ESPN makeup artist, claiming she falsely accused him of sexually assaulting her and demanded $185,000 for the false allegation. Simmons also asked for a judicial declaration that he did not sexually assault Jackson.

Simmons claimed that Victoria Jackson falsely accused Simmons of “‘humping’ and ‘grinding'” her as he was walking toward the ESPN studios last November for the television show, “SportsCenter.”
According to a letter to Simmons from Jackson’s lawyer, Jackson suffered from “‘humiliation, shame, embarrassment, anger, anxiety, loss of sleep and depression.'” The lawyer demanded that Simmons meet with him to “‘resolve this matter short of litigation.'”
However, according Simmons, it would have been impossible to “‘humped'” or “‘grinded'” Jackson due to the armor-like costume he wore for his TV appearance. Furthermore, the costume had a “‘cod’ piece” over on his groin area.
