Killing Salmon

ANCHORAGE - Cape Cross Corp. owes $636,063 to the National Pollution Fund Center for spilling 3,400 gallons of fuel into "the world's first sockeye salmon smolt-producing hatchery" in Prince William Sound in 2010, the United States claims in Federal Court.
