Killing dogs isn’t covered

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — An Arkansas appeals court ruled that an insurance company does not owe defense or indemnification to the trust who is being sued by dog owners who sued the trust after its property’s employee shot and killed the dogs. Intentional acts are excluded from the trust’s coverage.
