Kill Switch

A man who was injured when he fell from a boat and was caught in the engine blades as the vessel circled around him may pursue his failure-to-warn claim against boat and engine manufacturers, the Utah Court of Appeals ruled, finding that a jury must determine if the man knew that wearing a “kill switch” could avoid such an accident.
