Kiddie Porn Teacher|Gets 23½ Years

LOS ANGELES (CN) - A former teacher at Royal Oak Middle School in Covina was sentenced Monday to 23½ years in prison for child pornography.

John David Boyle, 52, of Glendora, pleaded guilty in March to producing child pornography and using the Internet to entice a minor to engage in sex.

Boyle, who also was a coach, admitted he molested a 14-year-old boy he met online, the U.S. Attorney's Office said in a statement announcing the sentence. He also pleaded guilty to production of child pornography, distribution of child pornography, and possession of child pornography.

He was nabbed after conversing online with an undercover agent.
