MANHATTAN — A federal court in New York mostly denied Kevin Spacey’s attempt to dismiss a sexual assault lawsuit against him relating to an incident that occurred when fellow actor Anthony Rapp was 14 years old. The court found the record has established an issue of material fact as to whether Spacey acted for the purpose of gratifying “sexual desire.” Rapp’s common law assault claim was, however, dismissed as time barred.
