Kentucky Libertarians

CINCINNATI — The Sixth Circuit upheld a scheme in Kentucky that requires "political groups" like the Libertarian Party and Constitution Party to petition for their candidates to have election-ballot access. "Political parties" or "political organizations" conversely enjoy "blanket" ballot access for all the candidates they nominate.
