MANHATTAN - The Estate of Stanley Tretick claims it charged the Robert F. Kennedy Center for Justice and Human Rights $5,000 for a one-time license to use Tretick's "iconic" photo of RFK, but the center, the Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority and the Metropolitan Transportation Authority proceeded to enrich themselves by using the photo more widely than allowed.
