Kendall Jenner Trashed Mansion, Owner Says

LOS ANGELES (CN) - The owner of a West Hollywood mansion says Kendall Jenner trashed the place during her 19th birthday party, after promising the event would be a quiet dinner for 15.

Gabriel Fedida, trustee of the Toy 2014 Trust, sued Jenner, Ewing Realty Group Inc. and Sotheby's International Realty for breach of contract, fraud and trespass in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Fedida says his son told him at noon on Nov. 3 that non-party David Bogner had a client who wanted the home for that night. The renter agreed to pay the $10,000 nightly rental fee, but Fedida says he balked when his son told him Bogner's clients were "the Kardashians."

At 7 p.m., Fedida says a woman showed up at the mansion and identified herself as the "party planner." Fedida says he told her he had not agreed to rent the property and got the number of the broker who had arranged the rental.

Fedida says he called defendant Tomer Fridman of defendant Ewing Sotheby's International, who explained that the evening would be limited to a small dinner party with no more than 15 guests, and that the party would be "properly supervised."

Fridman also allegedly agreed to add a $10,000 security deposit to the $10,000 rental fee.

At 8 p.m., Bogner showed up with a rental contract signed by Kris Jenner, according to the complaint.

Fedida says he signed the contract and his family left the home for the night.

The next day, Fedida says he found out that the "small dinner party" was actually a rager.

Fedida says more than 100 guests trashed the place while celebrating Kendall Jenner's 19th birthday party, causing $101,000 in damage.

Fedida says a male stripper joined the festivities, and the unsupervised party had loud amplified music.

Fedida demands $151,000.

Robert G. Klein of Beverly Hills, Calif. is representing Fedida.

"This is a young girl, she's popular and had a lot of friends there, and they had a wild party," Klein said. "It really shows a lot of disrespect."

Representatives for Kris Jenner did not respond to an emailed request for comment.

The other defendants are Ewing & Associates Sotheby's International Realty, Israel Sotheby's International Realty, Tomer Fridman, Marilyn Wilshire Trust and Boulevard Management Inc.
