Katt Williams Accused of Torturing Actress

LOS ANGELES (CN) - Comedian Katt Williams and a number of female accomplices imprisoned a Los Angeles woman in his bathroom and tortured her for three hours for using the bathroom without permission, the woman claims in court.

Jamila Majesty says she was a guest at Micah Sierra "Katt" Williams' home on July 18, 2014, when she made the mistake of using the bathroom in his master bedroom without his permission.

She says Williams became angry and four or five of his female companions and housemates repeatedly beat and tortured her.

"During the next three hours, she was essentially held hostage in the bathroom as she was beaten by four of the women as a group, together with Williams, who took his burning cigarette and pressed it against her cheek and directed the group to punch her," Majesty alleges in a lawsuit filed Thursday in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

The comedian "slapped plaintiff several times and punched her in the ribs, in addition to beating her with the group of women," the complaint states.

"Williams put out his lit cigarettes on her face while she feared for her life," and she suffered broken ribs, split tendons, facial scarring and "other extreme physical and emotional damage," according to the lawsuit.

Majesty says she repeatedly passed out from the torture, and claims Williams and his accomplices used ice packs to revive her and continue the abuse.

Majesty says she is an "up-and-coming" actress with three movie and several television credits, and references her IMDb.com profile, which says she has acted in the movies "Payday," "Love: As You Like It," and "Husky."

The actress seeks legal costs and special, general, punitive and incidental damages for assault, battery, false imprisonment, emotional distress and negligence.

Majesty is represented by Los Angeles attorney Bret Lewis, who declined to comment.

Williams could not be reached for comment.

Majesty's lawsuit adds to the legal troubles for the comedian.

In recent months, he has been accused of robbing five women of their cellphones at gunpoint, attacking his bodyguard, punching a Georgia store clerk, and getting jumped by a group of men after attacking another man during a Beanie Sigel performance in Philadelphia, according to reports.
