WHEELING, W.Va. - Using his Gino Romano alter ego, a man named Jonathan Lee Riches whom the Guinness Book of World Records named the "Most Litigious Man in the World," claims in court that the Kardashian family and Kanye West conspired with al-Qaida to decapitate him. Federal judges dismissed two other complaints Riches filed against the Kardashians earlier this month.
