Kansas Supreme Court

ATTORNEYS - The Kansas Supreme Court disciplined attorneys David R. Alig and Peter J. Antosh by published censure. Alig represented adecedent's estate while his license was suspended, and Antoshrepresented both parties of a protective order suit and was involved in a bar fight with police.

The state high court suspended attorneys Dennis D. Webb and Dorsey Evans. Webb failed to timely file written answers to three formal complaints, while Evans failed to competently represent a client in a probate case.

The court also disbarred attorney Kiehl Rathbun because he failed to interview witnesses to a crime. He also failed to prepare a journal entry for eight months or properly explain the effects of his client's criminal history.
