Justin Timberlake Swiped Their Tips, Says Class

MANHATTAN (CN) - Justin Timberlake stiffed workers for overtime, paid less than minimum wage and swiped their tips at his Southern Hospitality restaurant on 2nd Avenue, according to a federal class action.

Named plaintiff Felipe Santiago Ramales, a former busboy, says Timberlake and his co-owners violated labor laws at the restaurant. Named as defendants are Justin Timberlake, Trace Ayala, Eytan Sugarman, Southern Hospitality Xanadu LLC, and 1460 Second Avenue Restaurant Group.

The putative class is represented by Jeffrey Gottleib.
