Justices Cite Racial Bias In Death-Row Reversal

WASHINGTON (CN) - The Supreme Court overturned the death sentence and conviction of Allen Snyder in a Louisiana murder case, ruling 7-2 that racial prejudice may have motivated the prosecutor to keep blacks off the jury in a murder trial he called his "O.J. Simpson case."
