EUGENE, Ore. (CN) – A soldier on active duty in Iraq claims Associated Creditors Exchange is harassing his parents, and threatened his mother that the collection agency would contact his commanding officer, who would “rough him up, since soldiers are not to leave on deployment in debt.”
