DALLAS (CN) - Jus-Made, a longtime Dallas juice maker, continues its long record of violations of health and safety codes, the State of Texas claims in Dallas County Court. The state claims Jus-Made makes juice "that may have become contaminated with filth," failed to pasteurize it properly, mislabeled it, falsely claimed its products to be "100% juice," failed to declare the presence of allergens, stored it in unlicensed facilities, and violated other regulations, despite repeated warnings.
