WASHINGTON (CN) - More junk mail may start hitting mail boxes May 11, as the Postal Service is giving incentives to "saturation mailers" who blanket entire zip codes with mass mail.
The incentives are in the form of direct credits for incremental increases over a mailer's previous year's volume, which effectively lower the postage on each additional piece of mail by four cents.
