Jumping mouse

DENVER — The 10th Circuit upheld the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service’s critical habitat designation for the New Mexico meadow jumping mouse, finding that the agency properly considered impacts on ranching association members’ water rights and complied with the Endangered Species Act.
