PECOS, N.M. (CN) — A New Mexico judge finds that a high school did not discriminate against a lesbian basketball player and her girlfriend when the girls’ athletic coordinator kept them from sitting together on the bus during trips. The same rule is applied to all students in romantic relationships without regard for their sexual orientation.
