CARSON CITY, Nev. — In a suit arising from a collision between a Lyft car and a motorcycle, the Nevada Supreme Court ruled a state statute governing mental and physical examinations of a party ordered during discovery in civil suits unconstitutionally encroaches on the “inherent power of the judiciary.”
