Judge Tells Xentel To Knock It Off

ST. LOUIS - A City Court judge ordered Xentel Inc., a Florida-based telemarketer, to pay another $80,000 to the state for no-call list violations. Attorney General Jay Nixon said Xentel made its latest manipulative, high-pressure calls to solicit donations, after being fined $75,000 for it in 2004.
