Judge Stops Auction Of Master Tapes

LOS ANGELES (CN) - U.S. District Judge Florence-Marie Cooper has granted A&M Records' request for a permanent injunction restraining John D. Lamonts and Creative Sounds from auctioning off "a catalog of 'over 30,000 master recordings including approximately 200 Number One hits". See ruling.
