LAS VEGAS (CN) – Former “Hollywood Madam” Heidi Fleiss must close her new dog grooming business, a judge ruled Wednesday. Clark County District Judge Elizabeth Gonzalez made the ruling in response to a lawsuit filed in August by a man who claimed Fleiss conspired with his wife to buy the business while the couple was going through a divorce.
Jeffery Marvian claimed in Clark County Court that his estranged wife, Nickol Marvian, sold the business to Fleiss and porn star Kendra Rossi behind his back so that he wouldn’t get it in the divorce.
Gonzalez ordered that Dirty Dog remain closed until Sept. 30, when a hearing will determine if Fleiss can reopen it, The Associated Press reported.
The judge’s decision came two days after Fleiss was sentenced to three years probation after pleading guilty to using methamphetamine and possessing hydrocodone without a prescription.
