Judge Ordered to Provide OJ Juror Questionnaires

(CN) - The judge who presided over O.J. Simpson's armed robbery trial last year should have given the media copies of juror questionnaires, the Nevada Supreme Court ruled Thursday.

District Judge Jackie Glass - a former Las Vegas television reporter - withheld blank and completed questionnaires from reporters when Simpson's trial started in September 2008.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal and The Associated Press appealed, and Glass released redacted copies of the forms when the trial ended.

The Supreme Court ordered Glass to release "all unredacted complete juror questionnaires."

"The juror questionnaires used in jury selection are, like the jury-selection process itself, presumptively subject to public disclosure," the court ruled.

Simpson and C.J. Stewart were found guilty in October 2008 of robbing a sports memorabilia dealer in a hotel room.
