Judge Keeps Jackson|Search Warrants Sealed

(CN) - A Las Vegas judge on Wednesday decided to keep search warrants against Michael Jackson's doctor sealed. Clark County Court Judge Valerie Adair found there is information on the search warrants that, "if released, could compromise the Los Angeles Police Department's ongoing investigation into the homicide of Michael Jackson."

Los Angeles investigators searched the Las Vegas home, office and storage unit of Dr. Conrad Murphy in July. They searched a Las Vegas pharmacy two weeks later.

Murray told investigators he administered Propofol and other sedatives to help Jackson sleep just hours before he died June 25 in Beverly Hills.

Judge Adair continued the matter for 30 days to "ascertain the status of the investigation and to determine whether there is a continued justification to keep the search warrant sealed," according to court minutes.

The Associated Press, Los Angeles Times and Las Vegas Review-Journal petitioned the court this month to unseal the search warrants.
