Judge Awards BofA $347 Million

MANHATTAN (CN) - A federal judge on Tuesday awarded Bank of America $347.3 million in damages against AEP Energy Services Gas Holding Co. and Houston Pipe Line Co., in a dispute arising from the Enron fiasco, involving ownership, price and delivery of 55 billion cubic feet of natural gas, which AEP refused to turn over to BofA in May 2004.
