John Doe Asks Permission|to Sue Jerry Sandusky

PHILADELPHIA (CN) - The Philadelphia State Court rejected a sexual assault lawsuit against former Penn State coach Jerry Sandusky because it was filed under a pseudonym, so a John Doe filed again, asking the court's permission to commence litigation as a Doe.

Doe is represented by Bernard Tully.
