Jewish Customer Claims Ruby Tuesday| Served Her Pasta With A Swastika

COLUMBUS, OHIO (CN) - A customer claims that after an employee of Ruby Tuesday saw she wore a Star of David necklace, he caused her to be served pasta in a bowl marked with a 6-inch swastika of burned cheese. She demands punitive damages for discrimination, intimidation and emotional distress, in Federal Court.
