MANHATTAN (CN) – The Name LLC, which is partly owned by rapper Jay-Z and runs the 40/40 nightclub in New York, claims in Federal Court that Boston Red Sox slugger David Ortiz violated its “40/40” trademark by setting up a nightclub and Web site using the name in the Dominican Republic.
