It Ain’t So, Colorado Tells Drug Counselor

DENVER (CN) - For 10 years, Gary Peters has deceived customers in three Colorado cities by claiming that drug and alcohol counseling at his Essex Growth Centers will "fulfill the terms of probation, parole and/or the conditions of a deferred judgment and sentence," the State of Colorado says. It ain't so, the attorney general says in Denver County Court. Essex operates out of Denver, Englewood and Centennial.
