MANHATTAN (CN) - In a $100,000 demand for breach of duty, a woman sued Commercial Realty Services and Harry Berberian, claiming that after the defendants showed her and her husband a number of commercial spaces, Berberian sent her husband an email that said, "By the way, your wife is ugly."

The wife is represented by Alexander Ferrini in New York County Court.
