Is Bumble stealing face data?

CHICAGO — A federal court in Illinois denied Bumble’s motion to dismiss a privacy class action brought by users who said the dating app illegally scraped their facial geometry from photos uploaded to their dating profiles. The court finds it does have jurisdiction over the claims.
