Iran Terror Liability

WASHINGTON - Iran and the Ministry of Intelligence and Security must pay more than $813 million to 78 people affected by the 1983 bombing of a Marine barracks in Beirut, Lebanon, a federal judge ruled, nixing claims from four individuals who did not have close relationships with family members killed in the attack.
