Investors Say They Were Bilked For $285,000

SALT LAKE CITY (CN) - Investors say they were defrauded of $285,000 by ISP Services LLC, Max Software, Max International, Fred Ninow, Steven K. Scott, and Greg Fullerton, who claimed their online filtering software company would be featured on "Oprah" and on Christian networks, would be endorsed by Chuck Norris and high-ranking members of the Mormon Church, and would produce returns of 60% to 400% within a year on annual sales of $540 million. Actually, plaintiffs say, ISP produced no net income. See complaint in Salt Lake County Court.
