Inventor Sues on ‘Hannah Montana Talking Poster’

COLUMBUS, OHIO (CN) - Disney's "Hannah Montana Talking Poster" violates his patent, an inventor claims in Federal Court. Aaron Clark also sued Toys R Us, Amazon, KB Toys and Jakks Pacific.

Clark says he patented his invention in 1996 and the defendants also used it in the "Cheetah Girls Talking Poster." He is represented by Brian Dickerson. The complaint does not estimate damages.
